II began my yoga journey in 2021, after living with Fibromyalgia for six years. Chronic pain, fatigue, and brain fog had taken over my life — even everyday tasks felt impossible. I reached a point where I said enough is enough.
When I discovered yoga, everything changed. I started with one class a week, and soon noticed a huge shift — my energy returned, my muscle pain eased, and my mind felt clearer. That one class grew to two, then three, and eventually five a week. Yoga completely transformed my life and gave me back control.
Over time, I was able to return to work, start a Fibromyalgia support group, and create a stable, happy home. These were massive milestones for me, and they all became possible thanks to the healing power of yoga.
After four years of practice, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, and I now feel truly blessed to be able to guide others on their own journeys.
Today, I teach Beginners Yoga in Blaydon, Gateshead, at the Blaydon Youth & Community Centre. My classes are designed to help you connect mind and body, reduce stress, ease tension, and improve overall wellbeing.

Looking for a gentle class to help ease some of the Fibromyalgia pains, reduce stress levels and bring body and mind back in sync. Look no further, this Fibro specific class will help target a lot of the pain points associated with the condition. Yoga can also help calm the nervous system, which is where the stress response of fibromyalgia originates.
New to yoga? This beginner's yoga class is the perfect place to start. In these sessions I will guide you through the basics and help you build a strong foundation for your practice. Learning basic postures (asana's) Helping guide you in and out of each safely, focusing on smooth transitions and correct alignment ensuring you gain the maximun benefit from each pose.
Vinyasa flow is a dynamic and energising style of yoga where movement is linked seamlessly with breath. In this class, students move through a creative sequence of poses—each transition guided by an inhale or an exhale—building strength, flexibility, balance, and focus
Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching of the connective tissue, increasing flexibility and range of motion, rather than strengthening muscle. Poses (asana's) are held for a longer period of than time than in a regular practice, invoking a deep sense of relaxation, enabling you to delve deeper into a meditative stat. Join me for a yin yoga class and experience the benefits of this restorative practice.
