I Began my yoga journey in 2021, after suffering with Fibromyalgia for 6 years. I decided enough was enough. I was sick of being in pain every single day, not being able to do the normal everyday tasks. The frustration and agitation ever prevalent. I looked into the health benefits of yoga, mind/body connection, better digestion, improves circulation and a whole lot more.
At the time, I was struggling to get out of bed each day, I pushed myself into going to my first yoga class. I joined a yoga studio for one session per week. After feeling the enormous shift in not only my energy levels, but also my muscle pain and brain fog decreased too, I was hooked! I started going twice a week, then three, then four, then five times a week. Yoga completely transformed my life, in the best way ever!
I didn't think I'd ever be able to manage the overwhelming central nervous system disorder, which is Fibromyalgia. But one of the key benefits of yoga is also balancing out the nervous system!
Through this transformational process, I was able to take back control of my life. I was finally able to set up a support group for Fibro sufferers (something I'd wanted to do for years), I was finally able to go back to work (after giving up my job due to such poor health), and with a stable job, I finally found a beautiful home. All 3 of these things are a massive achievement for someone struggling with a chronic illness and it was all made possible due to the power of YOGA.
After honing my craft for 4 years, I enrolled on a teacher training programme and gained my 200 hour qualification. I am now absolutely blessed to be able to share this practice with you all.

Looking for a gentle class to help ease some of the Fibromyalgia pains, reduce stress levels and bring body and mind back in sync. Look no further, this Fibro specific class will help target a lot of the pain points associated with the condition. Yoga can also help calm the nervous system, which is where the stress response of fibromyalgia originates.
New to yoga? This beginner's yoga class is the perfect place to start. In these sessions I will guide you through the basics and help you build a strong foundation for your practice. Learning basic postures (asana's) Helping guide you in and out of each safely, focusing on smooth transitions and correct alignment ensuring you gain the maximun benefit from each pose.
Vinyasa flow is a dynamic and energising style of yoga where movement is linked seamlessly with breath. In this class, students move through a creative sequence of poses—each transition guided by an inhale or an exhale—building strength, flexibility, balance, and focus
Yin yoga is a gentle, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretching of the connective tissue, increasing flexibility and range of motion, rather than strengthening muscle. Poses (asana's) are held for a longer period of than time than in a regular practice, invoking a deep sense of relaxation, enabling you to delve deeper into a meditative stat. Join me for a yin yoga class and experience the benefits of this restorative practice.
